Lovely work, Lee. Libraries are part of the fabric of our communities, and we should possibly think about using the many that we have slightly differently to keep them viable. My local library in Askew Road in Shepherds Bush now houses a Royal Mail pick up parcels point, which saves us all having to trek to the old sorting office behind Westfield. This agreement allowed the council to refurbish the library and ensure its continued survival. The Bush Theatre is also being re-homed in another library on Shepherds Bush Road, which gives it the larger permanent home it has never had and will provide a greater opportunity for more of the community to enjoy affordable, brilliant theatre. And yes, I love my library service and I do use it.
